Stack any of the 190 gnome poses, set the timings, and the player does the rest. Keep it just for you, or share it with the community so other members and visitors can practise it too.
Yes. Every sequence is free to follow, with no sign-up. An account lets you save a copy, create your own sequences and share them.
It depends on the sequence. Each one shows its exact length, from a quick break to a longer practice, and members can share sequences of any length. The player times every pose, tells you when to switch sides and keeps your screen awake.
Try Morning Flow or Gentle Full Body. Both are beginner-friendly, and every pose links to a step-by-step illustrated guide. You can also filter any list by level.
Yes. Start from any sequence with “Make it mine”, or build a new one from the 190 illustrated poses. Keep it just for yourself, or share it so the whole community can follow it. You can make it private again at any time.
Ready-made sequences are created by GnomeYoga. Community sequences are made and shared by members, with their name on them. Both use the same player and the same filters, by title and level.
